Internet images - know your position

BLM Partner Steve Kuncewisz sets out what consumers need to know about copyright law – and what can happen if you lift a picture off the internet and use it online, without a licence. As Steve says, "The law is very clear, this is not about being innocent'. In the almost seven minute interview, a listener explains his perspective, and why he's reluctant to pay a potentially large bill for using an image on his not-for-profit community website.  Listen to the interview in full, while it is available, here.
