BLM appoints Stuart Evans as head of Commercial Litigation London

BLM has appointed Stuart Evans as Head of Commercial Litigation for London.

Previously a commercial litigation partner at DMH Stallard, Stuart has substantial experience in representing clients in major disputes in a wide number of sectors. These include contractual claims, intellectual property disputes, boardroom disputes, shareholder claims, partnership disputes, professional indemnity, insolvency, commercial fraud and international asset tracing, jurisdictional disputes and trade defamation disputes.

Rated in directories as a “superb litigator” with “fabulous tactical skills”, Stuart has over 30 years’ experience in commercial disputes both in the UK and overseas.
